Where do you deliver?
We deliver to available cemeteries in Brussels, Namur province and Walloon Brabant. Choose your cemetery before ordering. The billing address is yours; the selected grave is the delivery destination.
When can the flowers be delivered?
Choose a date from tomorrow, Monday to Saturday, or a flexible week. For a flexible week, we choose a delivery day within the displayed range. If cemetery access prevents delivery, we contact you to agree on an alternative.
What if I do not know the grave location?
Give the full name and any useful details, such as dates on the headstone, section, row or plot. We contact you if the information is insufficient. We do not place flowers on an unidentified grave. If delivery cannot be completed, we arrange a new date or a refund.
How do I receive the delivery photo?
We send a real photo after placing the flowers, to the email address provided at checkout. WhatsApp delivery is not currently offered. Product and campaign images are illustrations; your delivery photo shows the actual result.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email deadgorgeousblooms@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. We confirm what can be changed before preparation or delivery. If we cannot deliver, we offer a new date or a refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
