Dead Gorgeous places flowers on the selected grave. Delivery is included in the displayed product price and is available only at supported cemeteries in Brussels, Namur province and Walloon Brabant. We do not send a parcel to your billing address.

Choose a date from the day after ordering, Monday to Saturday, or a flexible week. For a flexible week, we choose a day within the displayed range. Sundays are excluded from our delivery service. Cemetery access restrictions may require a different date; we contact you before making that change.

Provide the full name of the person and all known grave details. If we cannot identify the grave, we contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, we agree on a new date or refund the undelivered item. After placement, we send a real photograph to the email address provided at checkout.

Dead Gorgeous dépose les fleurs sur la tombe sélectionnée. Le dépôt est compris dans le prix affiché du produit et disponible uniquement dans les cimetières desservis à Bruxelles, en province de Namur et en Brabant wallon. Aucun colis n’est envoyé à votre adresse de facturation.

Choisissez une date à partir du lendemain de la commande, du lundi au samedi, ou une semaine flexible. Pour une semaine flexible, nous choisissons un jour dans la période affichée. Notre service ne livre pas le dimanche. Une restriction d’accès au cimetière peut nécessiter une autre date ; nous vous contactons avant ce changement.

Indiquez le nom complet de la personne et les détails connus de la tombe. Si nous ne pouvons pas l’identifier, nous vous contactons. Si le dépôt est impossible, nous convenons d’une autre date ou remboursons l’article non livré. Après le dépôt, nous envoyons une vraie photo à l’adresse e-mail indiquée au paiement.

Dead Gorgeous plaatst bloemen op het gekozen graf. Plaatsing is inbegrepen in de getoonde productprijs en is alleen beschikbaar op ondersteunde begraafplaatsen in Brussel, de provincie Namen en Waals-Brabant. Er wordt geen pakket naar uw factuuradres gestuurd.

Kies een datum vanaf de dag na uw bestelling, van maandag tot zaterdag, of een flexibele week. Bij een flexibele week kiezen wij een dag binnen de getoonde periode. We leveren niet op zondag. Bij toegangsbeperkingen nemen we contact op om een andere datum af te spreken.

Geef de volledige naam en bekende grafgegevens. Als we het graf niet kunnen identificeren, nemen we contact op. Als levering onmogelijk is, spreken we een nieuwe datum af of betalen we het niet-geleverde artikel terug. Na plaatsing sturen we een echte foto naar het e-mailadres dat u bij het afrekenen opgeeft.
